Define a group administrator

For Simple or Premium groups, the administrator is the person who created the group. It is not possible to change this or to add other administrators.
For Premium Pro groups, the main administrator (the person who created the group) can designate other administrators from the group members. Simply go to your group and tap on the number of members. In the member list, tap on the … menu of the member you want to designate as administrator and choose Make user admin.


Administrators can:
- Modify the group's information
- Remove members from the group
- Accept or decline join requests
- Manage collections (Premium and Premium Pro only)
- Add or remove other administrators (Premium Pro only)
- Use the self-service option for their books (Premium Pro only)
- Use the on-site option for their books (Premium Pro only)
📝 Note: To remove a designated administrator, simply follow the same procedure as for designating them, then choose Remove as admin.
