3. Groups
Groups allow multiple users to pool their books. It is necessary to create an account before you can create a group.
3.1. Basic Group (Free)
The 'Basic Group' is a free offer reserved for non-professional use. It allows collaboration within a group to share library resources.
3.2. Premium Group (Paid)
The 'Premium Group' is a paid offer reserved for non-professional use. It includes additional features and allows for more members and books compared to the 'Basic Group'. See our group offers for more information.
3.3. Premium Pro Group (Paid)
The 'Premium Pro Group' is a paid offer intended for businesses, associations, and professionals. It offers advanced features for managing collaborative libraries. See our group offers for more information.
3.4. Premium Pro L Group (Paid)
The 'Premium Pro L Group' is a paid offer intended for businesses, associations, and professionals. It allows for more members and books compared to the 'Premium Pro Group'. See our group offers for more information.
4. Subscription
4.1. Payment
The subscription to the 'Premium Account', 'Premium Group', 'Premium Pro Group', or 'Premium Pro L Group' can be monthly or yearly and will be automatically renewed at the end of each period. The subscription payment is made by credit card and is only possible via the web interface of the platform.
4.2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your MyBlio account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current period. No pro-rata refunds will be made for payments already made.
5. Borrowing Terms
At MyBlio, the user is personally responsible for the documents they borrow, and any failure to return documents may result in the suspension of access to MyBlio services and the initiation of a legal procedure.
5.1. The user agrees to
- report any anomaly (incomplete or damaged document) when borrowing.
- reimburse any damaged or unreturned document based on the actual purchase price of the book - same edition - same format
- take responsibility for any copies and recordings they have made from the borrowed original documents
6. Responsibilities
The publisher is only responsible for the content they have published. The publisher is not responsible for illegal content or activities using their site without their knowledge regarding the processing of personal data.
